Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping rates
- Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days): $15, or free on orders of $100 or more.
- Express shipping (1 to 2 business days): $20.
- Collect from one of our boutiques: free. Choose "Collect from our Aspley boutique" or "Collect from our Upper Mount Gravatt boutique" at checkout. Orders are usually ready to collect in 2 to 4 days, and we'll text or email you when yours is ready.

Our boutiques
- Aspley: Shop 6, 1374 Gympie Rd, Aspley QLD 4034. Open Monday to Saturday 11 am to 5 pm, closed Sunday.
- Upper Mount Gravatt: Unit 3, 1953 Logan Rd, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD 4122. Open Tuesday to Saturday 11 am to 6 pm, Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm, closed Monday.

Processing time
We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order is dispatched and can be longer during busy periods, public holidays or for remote areas.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us straight away at info@vasthra.com.au or 0450 999 198 and we'll help sort it out.
